Carrotblanca is a Looney Tunes short directed by Douglas McCarthy and Spike Brandt. The 8 minute long short is a parody of the 1942 live action feature length film 'Casablanca'. The short was published on August 25th, 1995 and shown in theaters along side The Amazing Panda Adventure and The Pebble and the Penquin.

Summary[]

The parody is portrayed as a film published by Warner Brothers with in the Looney Tunes universe with character's such as Bugs Bunny portraying characters as actors in the film. The plot retains a very condensed version of the Casablanca script with typical Looney Tune humor of zanny violence and situational turn out.

  • ​​​​​​Joe Alaskey as Sylvester and Daffy Duck with the two fictional character's serving as actor's portraying Slazio (Sylvester) and Sam (Daffy Duck).
  • Bob Bergen as Tweety and The Crusher
  • Greg Burson as Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn and Pepé Le Pewa (the character's respectfully in that order portraying 'Mr. Bugs', 'The Chaffer', and Legionaire of Vichy France)

  • Tress MacNeille as Penelope Pussycat (who is potraying the character of Kitty Ketty)

The character's the Looney Tunes are potraying are all parodies of their film counterparts, Slazio instead of Lazlo for example in the case of Sylvestor's character.
