Megas XLR is an Amerime that initially appeared on Cartoon Networks Toonami block. Megas XLR was originally titled Lowbrow, and featured in the Cartoon Networks 2002 Summer Cartoon Contest. The aim of the contest was to see which contestant would become a series on the network. The series was renamed, and featured on Toonami from May 1, 2004 to January 15, 2005 when the series was cancelled.
